Do what you need to do to make sure you don’t miss this year’s Hattiesburg’s Victorian Candlelit Christmas on Saturday, December 10th, and Sunday, December 11th.
Stroll through historic Hattiesburg streets and find more than holiday cheer. See the Historic Neighborhood and the downtown district aglow with flickering candles in 18,000 white bags.
More than 300 homes and businesses join in with additional holiday displays. There will be twinkle lights, wreaths, garland, bows and much more.
Each year, the Historic Neighborhood Association hosts this two-day holiday event. Each year, the number of visitors from the region hits the hundreds.

Hattiesburg’s Victorian Candlelit Christmas will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday evening in conjunction with this year’s Downtown Candlelit Christmas.
Get cozy and make memories with a horse-drawn carriage ride provided by The Honey Island Clydesdales. Both nights the carriage rides will leave from the Walthall.
Make your way to Walthall Park for photo ops and to grab a bite to eat from one of many food trucks that will be on-site.
Voices will ring from the front steps of several downtown churches including Sacred Heart Church and Bay Street Presbyterian. Along with caroling, Bay Street Presbyterian will also be hosting the Hattiesburg Community Theater Christmas Concert.
